2. Estimates & Authorizations

 

 

• All estimates are based on visible damage at the time of inspection.

• Additional damage may be discovered during disassembly.

• If supplemental repairs are required, we will notify you or your insurance carrier before proceeding.

 

 

Repairs will not begin without proper authorization from the vehicle owner or insurance provider (when applicable).

• The vehicle owner is ultimately responsible for payment of all charges not covered by insurance.

• Deductibles are the responsibility of the vehicle owner.

• Personal items left inside the vehicle
